We seek an experienced full-time Help Desk Technician to review strategies in regards to desktop resources, investigates technology trends, and forecasts resource needs, recommends alternatives, and facilitates acquisitions and upgrades. Develop desktop standard images and verify that all desktops remain consistent with the standard. Receive technical related issues via phone, e-mail or walk-in and resolves issues related to desktop resources. Research and resolve issues. Install, troubleshoot, repair, implement, and manage desktop resources such as desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, copier, fax machines, copiers and scanners. Manage inventories, maintains desktop resource support contract. Work directly with staff to provide help and solve any and all IT issues.
