Because we are interested in meeting our patients’ and their families’ expectations, we request that all of our patients complete and return a Patient Satisfaction Survey.
Our facility has an outstanding record of patient satisfaction. Our standards for high-quality care are demonstrated in our patients’ positive responses to our survey. Patients enjoy follow-up phone calls from our nursing staff and the friendly environment our staff helps to create. We continuously assess how we can improve our facility and the services we offer.
You will receive a survey at your first postoperative office visit with your surgeon. If for any reason you do not receive or complete our Patient Satisfaction Survey and desire to do so, please feel free to download it from the link below.
