Much of your experience starts before you even arrive for your first doctor’s appointment. It involves education and medical records. It may involve asking questions and determining what your insurance covers. We want to ensure the steps you take before, during and after your visit are easy and simple. Patient Portal

We offer secure online services through our Patient Portal. These services will help you communicate directly with our NAO Team (securely) anytime, from the comfort of your home (correspondence will take place during business hours).

Pay Online

If you are a Northern Arizona Orthopaedics (NAO) patient needing to pay an NAO bill, you can pay conveniently and securely online through our patient billing company. Please note, Anesthesiology, the Surgery Center, physical therapy and other services, are separate billing.
