Supporting local high school students: $10 sports physicals at Northern Arizona Orthopaedics on July 26

Prepare for the season: Complete your mandatory sports physical to keep you in the game

[FLAGSTAFF, May 27, 2025] – Northern Arizona Orthopaedics is helping high school student-athletes gear up for the upcoming season with affordable, comprehensive sports physicals on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 8 a.m. to noon at their Flagstaff clinic located at 1840 N Jasper Dr., Suite 2.

For just $10, student-athletes will receive a full preparticipation physical examination which includes:

• Physical health assessment
• Height and weight measurement
• Range of motion testing
• Blood pressure screening
• Pulse check
• Vision screening
• Musculoskeletal screening
• Consultation by a healthcare provider

These exams meet all requirements set by the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) and the Canyon Athletic Association (CAA) ensuring students are cleared and ready to practice or compete when the school year begins. Per AIA bylaws, a valid sports physical must be on file before a student is able to practice or compete in interscholastic athletics.

Participants are encouraged to download and complete the required AIA forms (15.7-A and 15.7-B) prior to arrival. These forms are available at www.aiaonline.org/students/physical-forms.
