Tammy Doering - PA-C
Tammy Doering, PA-C is a certified physician assistant.
Tammy has been with Northern Arizona Orthopaedics since 2007, working alongside our physicians in the Sports Medicine Center at our Flagstaff location.
She earned her graduate degree in from the University of St. Francis. Before that, Tammy graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. Tammy is an active member in the medical community, holding memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery

Greg Harris - PA-C
Greg Harris, PA-C is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. Ryan Zate
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Greg preformed cancer research at Vanderbilt University. Greg earned his first graduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Cell Biology. After his time at Vanderbilt University, Greg attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he earned his second graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Jamie Pearson - PA-C
Jamie Pearson, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with over 30 years’ experience caring for patients and more than 16 years specializing in orthopedic care.
As our only primary provider at our Prescott Valley location, Jamie cares for all orthopedic needs of patients, however, she has a special interest in hand, wrist and elbow care.
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics in 2014, Jamie cared for patients as a Physician Assistant in Wisconsin for 10 years, caring for patients alongside a general orthopedic surgeon where she performed over 500 surgical cases per year. Jamie began her medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician and spent five years treating patients in the field. She spent 2 years treating patients as a Registered Nurse prior to earning her degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree from Des Moines University. She is an active member in the medical community holding a membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Kylee Lattomus, PA-C
Kylee Lattomus, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Mark Mellinger who specializes in hand, wrist and elbow care.
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, she cared for patients as an Emergency Medical Technician and Emergency Department Scribe. Kylee earned her graduate degree from Midwestern University in Physician Assistant Studies in Glendale, AZ where she first discovered her passion for orthopaedics. She received her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University, graduating Sum Cum Laude, always hoping to return to the beautiful San Francisco Peaks.

Jim Daulton, PA-C
Jim Daulton, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant caring for patients alongside Dr. Bourck Cashmore
Before pursuing his career as a Physician Assistant, Jim served the community as a Firefighter Paramedic in Northern Arizona. Jim received his graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Colorado Mesa University, where he was awarded the MPAS Maverick Award recognizing leadership. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University.
Jim is an active member of the medical community, holding a membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Sienna Klopp, PA-C
Sienna Klopp, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant caring for patients alongside Dr. Blake Robert Obrock
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Sienna cared for patients as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Medication Reconciliation Technician in Bozeman, Montana. Sienna earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska. She also earned a graduate degree in Health Sciences from Montana State University. She received two undergraduate degrees from Montana State University, double majoring in Psychology and Cell Biology & Neuroscience.
Sienna is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona Academy of Physician Assistants. In Montana, Sienna served her community as an EMT, volunteer ski patroller, and child advancement mentor. She also volunteered as a certified crisis counselor to provide support during mental health crises.

Emily Larsen, PA-C
Emily Larsen, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Eamonn Mahoney
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Emily gained extensive clinical experience throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts during her post-graduate training.
Emily earned her graduate degree from Massachusetts College of Health and Pharmacy Sciences. She received her undergraduate degree from Colby College and graduated with distinctions in both her majors as well as Dean’s list honors.
Emily holds memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Arizona State Association of Physicians Assistants. Prior to her career as a Physician Assistant, Emily was a highly recognized educator. She was awarded District Teacher of the Year at AAEC Early College High Schools and Campus Teacher of the Year with AAEC South Mountain.

Danielle Borgerding, PA-C
Danielle Borgerding, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Mark D. Mellinger
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Danielle cared for patients in San Jose at a level 2 trauma and stroke center. She also has experience working in a level 1 trauma and burn center in Phoenix where she worked in an Emergency Department. In both positions, Danielle gained experience working in a rapid paced environment while still providing high quality care to adult and pediatric patients. Prior to these roles, she also worked with several orthopedic and neurosurgical centers.
In 2013, Danielle earned her graduate degree from Central Michigan University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Flint where she studied molecular biology and biotechnology. She has a variety of licenses in Arizona and California, as well as a substantial amount of certifications.

Kaity Post, DPT
Kaity Post, DPT is a certified physical therapist
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Kaity was the Clinic Manager at Rebound Physical Therapy, and Clinic Director at ATI Physical Therapy. Through her leadership, Kaity built and coordinated her team, developing comprehensive treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care and outstanding outcomes for her patients. Prior to her leadership role, Kaity had gained extensive experience treating patients as a physical therapist. She developed and implemented treatment plans for athletic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spinal conditions, chronic pain, and a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
Kaity received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She excelled academically, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University and the University of Florida.
Kaity is also certified in Dry Needling from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Garrett Sheppard, PA-C
Garrett Sheppard, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Eamonn Mahoney at our Flagstaff clinic.
Prior to joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Garrett worked as a physician assistant in a neurosurgery clinic. Garrett earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hardin-Simmons University. For his undergraduate degree, Garrett attended Angelo State University, where he studied Biology.

Kendra Moushey, PA-C
Kendra Moushey, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Bourck Cashmore.
Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Kendra earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Grand Canyon University.
Kendra is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants,and the American Public Health Association.
