Professional Biography

Eamonn Mahoney, MD is a board-certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery, Dr. Mahoney cares for patients through the Spine and Pain Specialty Center at Northern Arizona Orthopaedics.

 

Holding more than 13 years’ experience in surgical and non-surgical orthopedic spine care, Dr. Mahoney is recognized for his expertise in innovated spine care. Dr. Mahoney is training in specialty procedures including, Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) and Oblique Lateral Interbody Fusion (OLIF) for a lateral approach to access the spine.

 

Dr. Mahoney earned his post-graduate fellowship education from SpineCare Medical Group and completed his residency program and Yale University. Dr. Mahoney earned his doctoral degree from New York University and his undergraduate education from Fordham University.

 

Dr. Mahoney is active in the medical community holding a membership with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
